central location superior king room clean room
i just left and i am already planning my return! the location was central. the hotel provided a superior king room. the room size impressed me so much with how big it was, and it was very clean.
one minor thing i must point out, the elevators seemed kinda slow, but that's me reaching for something.

thin towels poor air conditioning
The room seemed nice initially. Then I realized there were issues. The air conditioning did not work well. It was difficult to sleep. the towels were thin. They felt rough against my skin. They definitely detracted from the luxury experience I expected.

fantastic stay at the place
prime location helpful staff clean room
this hotel is in a prime location. we visited the museums, gardens, and christmas markets. everything was a short walk from the hotel. the staff was really good and helpful. our room was clean and well designed. the bathroom felt luxurious.
the elevators are slow and small. it was hard to fit even three adults. also, the bathtub was too high. climbing in and out felt unsafe.

The hotel is near major attractions and shopping areas. The room had a great size and a very large bathroom. Breakfast offered good variety and quality.
The hotel bar was closed, as was the tea room, and I received no prior notification. This impacted my choice, since a bar was a factor. I found this quite disappointing.

The front desk staff was helpful. Linus, Amir the bellboy, and K.Ryan, the waiter at Oscar's restaurant, provided very good service. I found them all responsive and courteous of 3 nights.

convenient location excellent breakfast ineffective air conditioning room change
The location was very convenient. I found the breakfast selection to be excellent with many options. I appreciated the gym facility. It was well-equipped.
The air conditioning in my initial room was not effective. I had to request a room change because of this. The process took some time.
